The objective of this project was to use VEX parts and RobotC to create and program a robot that would transport a wood block from a 3D-printed nest across 2 feet into a removable tray. I helped design and build much of the robot and wrote most of the RobotC code for our robot. Through this project, I improved my RobotC skills and knowledge of VEX parts. Some challenges I faced during this project were positioning the servo motor so its very limited range would be sufficient to move the wood block as well as designing a conveyor belt and tray so that blocks would align perfectly in the tray.
